Assessor Pools

Assessor Pools are used to send a submission to one or more Assessors within a group. The submission destination is automatic, meaning that the student does not select the group to which the submission will be sent.

The pool settings dictate which Assessor(s) within the pool will receive the submission to assess. If only one Assessor has membership in the pool, they will automatically receive the submission to assess.

Step 1: Access Assessor Pools

1. Click on the Main Menu icon.

2. Select Users & Groups.

3. Select Assessor Pools.

4. Click on the Add Assessor Pool button.

5. Enter a Name for the new Assessor Pool.

6. Enter a Description for the new Assessor Pool.

7. Click on the Choose Group button to select a Parent Group for the Assessor Pool.

8. Select the Distribution option from the drop-down menu.

9. Select the Anonymity option from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Add Members to the Pool

In order to add users (Assessors) the to Assessor Pool:

10. Select the department that the assessors belong to.

11. Select the Assessors in the Members column and click the Add Selected button or Drag-and-Drop them into the Chosen Assessors column.

Once you have finished adding/choosing the pool details and adding members to the pool:

12. Click Save.
