Delete Form
This lesson will teach you how to delete a Form. Any form that has not yet been made active can be deleted from your Anthology Portfolio site. If a form has been made active it cannot be deleted.
Step 1: Access Forms
1. Click on the Main Menu icon.
2. Select Curriculum.
3. Select Forms.
Step 2: Delete Form
4. Locate the Form that you would like to delete and use its Actions menu to select Delete.
NOTE: The Delete option will only be available if the form is inactive.
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
5. When prompted to confirm that you would like to delete the Form, click OK.
