Once you have set up your report and generated it, you can save your report for future reference. If you have not yet set up and/or generated a report, please see the Getting Started: Set Up Your Report help page first.
There are two saving options for reports:
1. Reports can be saved to the Results Live system so that they can be accessed at a later date. The same parameters and options will apply when the report is loaded again so that you can generate the same report with only a click of the mouse.
2. Reports can also be saved as a file, which will then be available for embedding into portfolios.
Step 1: Save Report As
1. Once you have generated your report, click the Save Report As... button at the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Name and Save Report
2. Name your report.
3. If you would like your report to be also be available to embed into portfolios, select the Data is Saved & Available to Portfolios checkbox.
4. Click Save Report.
