Portfolio Update: Enhanced Code Distribution for Administrative and Assessor Users

Portfolio has recently improved how access codes are managed for administrative and assessor-level users. Previously, a limited number of codes were provided, and users had to manually request additional codes when more accounts were needed.

With this update, Administrative, Assessor (without EP), Peer Assessor, and Sub-Administrative user accounts now have unlimited access codes and no expiration dates by default. This change ensures uninterrupted access to Portfolio, although administrators still retain the ability to manually expire accounts when necessary.

Additionally, administrators no longer need to worry about managing or tracking the number of available codes for staff and faculty. The unlimited code allocation makes it much easier to ensure everyone on the team has the access they need.

Please note: Student and Assessor (with EP) accounts still require individual access codes to use features tied to Portfolio.
