In order to eliminate the possibility of accidentally deleting a Portfolio that contains years of work, Anthology Portfolio does not allow the deletion of a Portfolio. Instead, we offer the ability to 'Hide' a Portfolio from your 'My Coursework' screen. This removes the portfolio from view while maintaining its structure and content "behind the scenes". Any hidden portfolio can be revealed, and un-hidden, at any point.
Step 1: Access My Portfolios
1. Click on the Main Menu icon.
2. Select My Coursework.
Step 2: Select Portfolio
Locate the portfolio that you would like to hide.
3. Click anywhere on the portfolio's row to reveal its options. Select Hide Portfolio.
Step 3: Hide Portfolio
4. When asked, 'Are you sure you want to hide this portfolio?' click the Hide Portfolio button.
Step 4: Hidden Portfolio Confirmation
5. A green bar will appear to indicate the the portfolio has been successfully hidden.
6. To reveal all hidden portfolios, select Show Hidden.
