1. Use the Menu icon to reveal the drop-down menu.

2. Select the Preferences (on Mac) or Options (on Windows)

3. Select Privacy & Security

4. Click Clear Data under the Cookies and Site Data Section

5. Select both options and then click Clear

Close your browser completely, and re-open the browser to access your Chalk & Wire account.
