I used the 'forgot you password?' link, but have not received an email - where is it?

Not receiving an email with your new, random password can be caused by a few different items. Please review the possibilities below:

Have you checked your junk mail, or spam folders?

If you have never received an email from Anthology Portfolio before, it is likely that our email was sent to your junk or spam folders. Please check these folders for the password-reset email.

Are you using the correct Anthology Portfolio login screen?

Are you using the correct Chalk & Wire login screen?

Ensure that you are able to see your school's logo at the top of your Anthology Portfolio login screen. If not, please visit ep.chalkandwire.com to search for the correct login screen.

Are you using the correct User ID or Email Address?

Are you using the correct User ID or Email Address?

Enter your email address or user ID on the Password Recovery screen and click Submit.

A message will appear to confirm that an email has been sent to reset your password.
