How to Enable Cookies in your Internet Browser

If you are encountering an error when attempting to access your Anthology Portfolio account the issue may be related to the cookie settings in your browser. Enabling cookies and adding Anthology Portfolio to the accepted sites will resolve the error. Please select your browser below and follow the steps provided.

Mac Browsers

Chrome

1. Click on the menu icon at the top right corner of your Chrome browser window.

2. Select the Settings option from the menu.

3. In the search box at the top of the screen type in the word "cookies".

4. Click on the Site Settings option below.

5. Click on the Cookies and site data option at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Enable Cookies and Add Anthology Portfolio to Accepted Sites

6. Ensure that the "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" option is enabled. If it is not, enable it now.

7. Ensure that the "Block third-party cookies" option is disabled. If it is not, disable it now.

8. Click the Add button to the right of the Allow option.

8. Enter ep.chalkandwire.com into the text area provided.

9. Click the Add button.

Once you have completed these steps, quit your Internet browser and restart it before attempting to access your Anthology Portfolio account again.

If you continue to receive the error message, please visit our Clear Browser's Cache help page and follow the steps provided. You can then quit your Internet browser again and restart it before attempting to access your Anthology Portfolio account again.

Edge

1. Click on the Menu icon at the top right corner of your Edge browser.

2. Select Settings from the menu.

3. Select the Cookies and Site Permissions option.

4. Click on the Manage and delete cookies and site data option.

Step 2: Enable Cookies and Add Anthology Portfolio to Accepted Sites

5. Ensure that the "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" option is enabled. If it is not, enable it now.

6. Ensure that the "Block third-party cookies" option is disabled. If it is not, disable it now.

7. Click the Add button to the right of the Allow option

8. Click the Add button.

1. Click on the Menu icon at the top right corner of your Firefox browser window.

2. Select the Preferences option from the menu.

3. Select the Privacy & Security option from the panel on the left.

4. Select the Custom option.

5. Ensure that the Cookies option is NOT selected.

6. Click Reload All Tabs to apply your changes.

Step 2: Enable Cookies and Add Anthology Portfolio to Accepted Sites

7. Click Manage Permissions.

8. Enter ep.chalkandwire.com into the text field provided.

9. Click the Allow button.

You will then see the Anthology Portfolio URLs appear under the Website heading.

10. Click Save Changes.

Once you have completed these steps, quit your Internet browser and restart it before attempting to access your Anthology Portfolio account again.

1. Click on the Safari menu at the top left corner of your screen.

2. Select the Preferences option from the menu.

Mobile Devices

Safari (iOS)

1. Locate and click on the Settings application on your iOS device

2. Locate the Safari application within the menu on the left, and then click on it

3. After clicking on the Safari application, locate the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies settings.

4. Make sure that both of the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies are both disabled, as this should resolve any log-in errors that you are encountering.

Chrome (Android)

1. Click on the main menu (at the top right) and then select the Settings option that is provided

2. Within the Advanced section of the settings menu, select the Site Settings option that is provided.

3. On the site setting page, select the Cookies option

4. On the Cookies page, make sure that the Allow Cookies option is selected
