Generate Crocodoc Usage Report
The Crocodoc Usage feature enables Administrators to track their institution's overall monthly Crocodoc (inline document viewer) usage, or an Assessor's monthly Crocodoc Usage, and run reports. The report will outline the total number of uses, the average number of uses per assessment, and provide the option to copy, export, or print the information.
Step 1: Access Crocodoc Usage
1. Click on the Main Menu icon.
2. Select System.
3. Select Crocodoc Usage.
Step 2: Select Report Parameters
4. Select the Dates for the report.
5. Select whether the report will be As a Monthly Break Down or As a Break Down by Assessor.
6. Click Generate Report.
Report Output: Bar Graph
The total number of document conversions and average conversions per assessment will appear bolded on the left side of the screen.
The Monthly Crocodoc Usage bar graph will visually display the institution's monthly usage. Information for each month is available by hovering on that month's bar.
NOTE: No bar graph will appear if "Break Down by Assessor" was chosen.
Report Output: Table
The report's information is also available in a table format. The table can be copied, downloaded as a CSV file, or printed directly from Chalk & Wire.
NOTE: If "Break Down by Assessor" was chosen, assessor names will appear instead of months and the # of conversions will appear for each individual assessor.
