Update Cookie Settings in Internet Explorer
If you are attempting to access your Chalk & Wire account using Internet Explorer and receive an error indicating that the "session could not be established", please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Please ensure that you are running the most recent version of Internet Explorer. Chalk & Wire only supports version 11+ of Internet Explorer, as older versions are no longer supported by Microsoft.
1. Click on the Tools icon in the top, right corner of your Internet Explorer browser window.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click on the Sites button.
The issue that you are experiencing is caused by Internet Explorer's default setting which rejects cookies from all websites. In order to rectify the issue, you will need to allow Internet Explorer to use Chalk & Wire's cookies.
4. Using the Address of Website field, enter:
5. Click Allow.
6. Make sure that you see "chalkandwire.com" under the "Domain" and "Always Allow" under "Setting".
7. Click OK.
Once you have finished following the above steps to add Chalk & Wire to your list of managed websites, please close your browser completely and then re-open it to make another attempt to access your Chalk & Wire account.
